Instead of buying clothes, she’s installed a huge wheel in Arendelle palace which she spins when she wants a new outfit. Wherever the wheel lands, Elsa gets a certain amount of money which she cant hen spend in Arendelle’s trendiest boutiques and pick out a new outfit. Very strange, but Elsa seems happy!
