When a house is built, look at the value next to it. If the value is going up, click on the house to buy it... but be careful because you have to sell it again before the value starts going down again. You’ll start the game with only a little money, so you’ll only be able to buy small, cheap houses, but the more money you earn, the bigger the mansions will be that you can buy. Good luck!
